Paula H. Wells appeals pro se the district courts dismissal, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(6), of her action for damages stemming from the loss of her luggage by defendants. The district court held that Wellss action was barred by the two-year statute of limitations contained in Article 29 of the Warsaw Convention. We have jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Â§ 1291. We review de nova, see Kruso v. International Tel. & Tel. Corp., 872 F.2d 1416, 1421 (9th Cir. 1989), cert. denied, 496 U.S. 937 (1990), and affirm.
