Plaintiff, appellant herein, filed his complaint to recover for injuries suffered in an accident near Ten Sleep, Wyoming. He joined as defendants Elden M. Wells, his father, who is not involved in this appeal, and Jeep Corporation and Jeep Sales - Page 596 Corporation. Plaintiff asserted his right to recover against Jeep Corporation and Jeep Sales Corporation for negligence in the design and manufacture of the vehicle involved in the accident, because of the positioning of the brake and accelerator pedals, claiming the vehicle was not safe for its ordinary and intended use. He asserts that Jeep Corporation and Jeep Sales Corporation are strictly liable to him for the damages he suffered under the circumstances in this case and for a breach of warranty.
